Program Management: RWA acknowledges the growing demands of the design and construction industry to provide skilled, high-level management. Our Program Management teams direct and coordinate our client’s program development from feasibility and planning through project implementation and operation incorporating all elements of the building program.

Construction Management: We provide all services necessary for the preconstruction of assigned projects, including scheduling, cost-estimating, value engineering, purchasing, financial control and direct coordination of trade contractors. This service is provided under varying forms of contracts.

Project Management: Our Project Management Services augment our client’s in-house department. Early in the project(s) we facilitate the planning and decision making process. During construction, we provide management support to monitor the project(s). In essence, we become an extension of our client’s staff.

Construction Consulting: We offer clients an opportunity to take advantage of any or all of our technical skills. From conceptual estimating to project scheduling to general design and construction consulting, our approach to each assignment is to save the client money and time while maintaining quality.

Our emphasis on project planning and scheduling provides our clients with the information they need to plan and execute a successful project. Ross Wilson & Associates provides recommendations on optimum project durations, develop CPM schedules, evaluate contractors’ baseline schedule, develop resource loaded and cost based schedules, provide schedule updates and analyze the impact on a project, as well as negotiating contractors’ delay claims and recommendations to get a project back on schedule.

Real Estate Development Services: Our primary business motivation is value creation through the identification of opportunity, acquisition, development, construction and management of commercial, institutional, and residential properties.
