Project Program: As our second district wide program for Fulton CSD in 5 years: The majority of the work is at the High School with a 7 Room Classroom and Locker Room Additions, Misc. site work and sidewalk replacements, partial window replacement, mechanical upgrades, security work, Technology upgrades including creation of new District network server rooms and other misc. renovations and repairs. They are also building a new turf field and synthetic track facilities. The work at the Junior High is heat pump replacement along with other misc. renovations and repairs.

The Elementary School work consists of work at each of its 4 elementary schools consisting of boiler replacements, security system upgrade work, technology upgrades, partial window replacement, mechanical system upgrades, site improvements and misc. renovations. One challenge will be constructing conventional classroom and library wall partitions in the "open" classroom wing at Lanigan Elementary School. The District Office will getting new boilers, auditorium renovation, new electrical service, security system upgrades, Technology upgrades and a new elevator planned at the existing courtyard.
