The Altmar-Parish-Williamstown CSD program consists of Additions and Renovations of its High School and Middle. The High School Building is being converted to a High School Jr. High School and its Middle School is being converted to an Elementary Building. The District is consolidating its 3 Elementary Schools into 1 building that is located across the street from Its High School to create an Education Campus. The most challenging part of the project is demolishing the Gymnasium, Locker and Technology areas of the building that are located in the center of the building and rebuilding them to new specifications that include additions yet protect the occupied spaces surrounding them. The new additions of the Project will be LEED certified.
