Terence LoConte
President
Terence LoConte presents a thorough knowledge of construction management procedures, derived from his extensive experience performed for both public and private sector projects in New York State. He has had overall responsibility for delivery of all construction services required during both the design phase and construction phases of many diverse and challenging projects. He has performed the duties of an estimator, value engineer, scheduler, preconstruction manager, MIS specialist, project manager, project executive, and principal in charge. His expertise in cost control, project controls, value engineering and team building have been utilized on such projects as: courthouses, justice facilities, educational facilities, municipal buildings, office buildings, corporate clients and warehouses. Mr. LoConte works diligently to create and maintain a harmonious working relationship with project clients, architects and contractors.

Robert Timerson

Mr. Timerson has been in the Construction Industry for more than thirty-two years and has worked with and/or supervised all contract scopes of work in the field. As a project superintendent, He has supervised all trades and sub contractors. On the management level his vast experience in estimating, shop drawing review, contract negotiations, and project management will be an asset to this project. This experience includes educational, government, public, municipal, retail, and private work. Mr. Timerson has worked for major construction companies and developers in the area since 1974. Before that Robert served with the US Navy Seabee Construction Battalion performing all kinds of construction work in Vietnam. Robert completed four tours of duty in South Vietnam.
